Request Account Deletion

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Rehat account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to support@rehat.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
2. Include your registered email address and user ID (if available)
3. Provide any additional information that can help us identify your account
4. We will send you a confirmation email to verify your identity
5. Once verified, we will process your deletion request

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Booking history and records
• Payment information and transaction history
• Chat messages and communication history
• Saved preferences and settings
• Any uploaded documents or photos

Data Retention Policy

Please note the following regarding data retention:

• Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., financial records) for up to 7 years as required by Indonesian law
• Anonymized data used for analytics may be retained but cannot be linked back to your account
• Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered

Alternative Options

Before requesting account deletion, you may want to consider:

• Account Deactivation: Temporarily disable your account while retaining the option to reactivate later
• Data Export: Request a copy of your data before deletion
• Privacy Settings: Adjust your privacy preferences instead of deleting your account
